We are part of eZaango Group Pty Ltd, an ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified company, and EdgeOut is an online employment marketplace in multiple countries as part of eZaango Ecosystem,

2. Responsibility of Data Collected

If you are a candidate applying for a role advertised on EdgeOut, your job application including any personal information contained within it, is jointly processed by us and the advertiser to whom you are applying. In this context, both we and the advertiser act as data controllers (or the equivalent term applicable in your jurisdiction) of your personal information. In certain instances, a recruiter may also serve as a data controller.

In all other circumstances where we collect your personal information, we do so solely in the capacity of a data controller.

3. Data Collection

We collect various types of information based on how you interact with us at EdgeOut and utilise our products and services. The nature and extent of the information collected may vary depending on your role and activities on EdgeOut.

  • Registered Users:

    To register on our platforms or access Talent Pool services, whether as a Candidate or an employer, you are required to provide basic personal details such as your name and email address.

  • Candidates:

    If you choose to create a profile or apply for a job, we may collect additional personal information on behalf of the Advertiser. The specific data collected may vary depending on the requirements of the Advertiser and the nature of the job application.
